With the purchase of this/these tickets I hereby agree to indemnify and hold the City of St. Joseph, Missouri, and Olin Cox, Whiskey Mansion Inn, 1723 Francis St.; Mary and Leonard Kottenstette, 208 North 19th St.; Ruth and Charles Jones, 302 North 20th St.; Bob and Maria Lilly, 1716 Francis St.; Kim and Jerry Plummer, 1823 Jules St.; Chanel and Richard Magdaleno, 312 North 20th St.; Danielle McGaughy, 312 North 20th St.; and other homeowners that may be added to the tour and/or the Allied Arts Council of St. Joseph, Missouri, Inc., and their agents, servants, employees, successors, volunteers, and assigns, harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, fines and/or expenses, including, but not limited to attorney's fees, resulting from or arising out of or related to personal injuries, loss of, or damage to, property or involving any impairment of, or damage to, any right because of, or in any way related to, my participation in the Beer Walk for the Arts whether or not such liability, claim, damage, loss, fine, or expense is caused in part by the negligence of the City of St. Joseph, Missouri, the St. Joseph Museums Inc., and other homeowners that may be added to the tour and/or the Allied Arts Council of St. Joseph, Missouri, Inc. I acknowledge that I have freely and voluntarily entered into this agreement and have read and understand it in its entirety.
